Hi, I’m half way through the first draft of my first novel. It’s a science fiction novel, (closer to “hard” science than fantasy.) A beta reader said that my use deep point of view is not common in genre Sci fi, and recommended I go more omni. I’m not sure what to do, as the story is very character driven, and I’m comfortable with the tone and voice I’ve developed for the book. Any advice?
